       The Organization will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy.   • To our subsidiaries and affiliates, including but not limited to Self-Realization Fellowship of Los Angeles, California (“SRF”).
  • To contractors, service providers and other third parties we use to support our business and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.
  • To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution or other sale or transfer of some or all of the Organization’s assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by the Organization about our users is among the assets transferred.
  • To third parties to market their products or services to you if you have consented to/not opted out of these disclosures. We contractually require these third parties to keep personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.
  • We may provide SRF with your personal data in order to verify your SRF membership or your participation in certain SRF programs such as SRF Lessons Study. Some Organization programs are designed to serve SRF members and students, and require such verification.
  • To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it to us.
  • For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information.

      We may also disclose your personal information in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

       We may employ third-party service providers and data processors to facilitate our Services, provide the Services on our behalf, perform services related to the Website or Mobile App or assist us in analyzing how our Services are used.

  • Google Analytics. Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services.              The security of your data is important to us but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Services, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.
