Yogananda Seva, Inc., a California-based religious nonprofit organization, is seeking a Human Resources & Operations Manager. The position works within the Human Resources & Operations Department.
Within Human Resources (HR), the role is responsible for implementing, ensuring adherence to, and overseeing legally compliant HR processes in alignment with current guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOP) within the organization. Within Operations, this role actively collaborates with the Operations Advisory Team and coordinates operations activities in the organization, ensuring effective implementation and governance.
