Yogananda Seva, Inc., a California-based religious nonprofit services organization, is seeking a Recruitment Manager for the People Operations/People Services (POPS) Department.

One of the key goals of the Voluntary League of Disciples (VLD) is to provide meaningful opportunities for our global community of volunteers and staff to serve the spiritual and humanitarian mission of Paramahansa Yogananda. The Recruitment team within the People Operations Group (POPS) plays a vital role in identifying, sourcing, interviewing and placing suitable talent across various open positions serving virtually in VLD, YSO, SRF and YSS Programs. The recruitment team services volunteer opportunities as well as paid employee positions.

The Recruitment Manager will oversee the recruitment and hiring processes and will report to the People Operations Director. S/he will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Recruitment sub-functions, including: Workforce Management (WFM), Recruitment, hiring of paid staff, tracking recruitment and other HR metrics, managing VLD’s HRIS, and updating Service Opportunities within the SRF/YSS Volunteer Portal. The position collaborates closely with the Devotee Welcome and Onboarding Committee, VLD Program Managers, and Group directors.
