Operations Director

The Yogananda Seva Operations Director will oversee and manage departmental functions including
Financial, Legal, Human Resources, Technology, and General Operations. This position requires
thorough knowledge of the SRF/YSS vision and mission. The successful candidate, working under the
direction of YSO Executive Directors to identify and address SRF/YSS objectives and implementations,
will be especially skilled at developing long-term operational strategies and leading the facilitation of
practices and procedures critical to YSO during its initial growth phase. Yogananda Seva is essentially a
worldwide virtual community and service organization. Understanding and managing the related
technological aspects is an elemental part of the Operations Director position.

Outreach Director

The Yogananda Seva Outreach Director serves as a key leadership team member and an active
participant in making strategic decisions affecting YSO. In partnership with Executive Director Staff, this
position is responsible for all efforts to reach and engage SRF/YSS members and the general public
through planning, developing and implementing YSO’s marketing, communications, and public relations
activities.

Senior Program Manager

Yogananda Seva is seeking a talented overall program manager with strong experience to manage multiple phases of project and program development within Yogananda Seva. This position will be responsible for refining the overall program development strategy and process. Successful candidates will help project leaders form teams and move through all phases of development and execution in a highly collaborative environment. The person filling this role must be comfortable with a digital and remote workflow and have strong written and verbal communication skills.

Program Director

Yogananda Seva is seeking an experienced Program Director to supervise a wide range of programs in various stages of development. This position will provide leadership and strategic direction on program design, development, management, and evaluation, in partnership with YSO Executive Director Staff. The successful candidate will supervise a group of senior program managers responsible for outcomes of multiple programs. These managers function collectively as stewards of the YSO culture of guru-seva, inherently supporting each of the volunteers who serve and who are ultimately responsible for the organization’s ability to fulfill its purpose in supporting SRF/YSS and our Guru’s worldwide spiritual community.

Digital Projects Manager for Translations

Yogananda Seva is seeking a Digital Projects Manager for our new Translations Department. This department employs a small number of paid employees and a large international staff of volunteer translators, all busily involved in coordinating and translating the writings of Self-Realization Fellowship’s (SRF) founder, Paramahansa Yogananda, and his immediate disciples.

The successful candidate will possess excellent Information technologies and virtual workforce facilitation skills and experience, with additional experience in international communications and language translations. Excellent verbal and written English skills are required; possession of those skills in second languages is desirable. While our Translations staff is located throughout the world, normal business activity hours will center around the western United States time zones. Priority will be given to candidates either living in the southern California area or willing to relocate.
